The hotel's location was ideal, being close to the old city center but still providing a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the bike hire service, which allowed us to explore the beautiful surroundings at our own pace. It was a wonderful experience for the whole family.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a dedicated kids' play area.

Wow, what a great find! We stayed in a hotel in a lovely location by the river and had a great view of the city centre. The breakfast was fabulous, definitely one of the best we had in a while. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Gesr the Porter who saved our night! The bathroom was clean and modern, and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

It was quite disappointing that we had to carry our own drinks from the bar to the terrace, which was inconvenient and unexpected.
